Passengers on board Tigerair’s flight to Phuket today (Oct 29) may have been surprised to see a guide dog beside a visually impaired person on their flight.

This is part of a trial that Tigerair is conducting, to test the feasibility of allowing guide dogs to fly with their visually impaired owners.

A surprising step forward, from an LCC, on the passenger experience front. Hope it turns out for the best!
